A great place to walk, good car parking and facilities. Lots of viewing spots, good paths. Well worth a visit.

Good parking. Plenty of scope to get some solitude as not everybody ventures too far from car. Good bird hides (when allowed). Wealth of difference in landscape depending on the state of the Parrett's tide.

Visited on a very wet and blustery August week day. Hardly anyone about so no issues with social distancing, and was encouraged to see all hides have clear signage about the need to wear a mask within. They are also all equipped with a hand sanitizer dispenser. Unable to see much on the day we were there, nature-wise, but the walk was lovely. Toilets (only 1 block in the grounds of the main car park) were clean, and the parking free of charge, too. Will definitely visit again but perhaps when the weather promises to be a bit more cheerful

Pleasant afternoon stroll on well laid paths on level ground. We walked along the Parrett river and Steart marshes to Coombwich village and back to the WWT main car park. Beautiful shimmering river with lots of Barnacle geese and many Herons and Egrets keeping you company. Some cattle drinking from the watercourses as well. Paths are very accessible and wheelchair and cycle friendly. There are toilets at the WWT main car park. Recommended

Love the peace and tranquility. Very well maintained lovely walking and of course wildlife and wild fowl. A big thank you to the lovely staff for allowing us to use their landline on Thursday this week to phone for assistance as our car had broken down. Not good mobile reception. Thank you again.
