Poor communication, also looks like they did not up fill the tank to the stated amount.
Fantastic service from the guys at Weston Fuels Bridgwater, especially Nick the manager who arranged for our oil tank to be pumped free of water, that had accumulated over time and was stopping the boiler firing. Helping to get our boiler working again within hours of my call for help. Have definitely won my loyalty.
