It's great now that Moto issue a 3 Bounce Back Voucher and a Fuel for Food voucher when filling up. So a nice gesture gets a bit of discount at Burger King and the Fuel for Food is now accepted at Gregg's.

Pretty scruffy, but we go for a Costa where the staff are amazing

The parking is unlike most motorway services, in a multi storey car park that has small spaces on the top level. The walking athletes from the car park lead you through the parking area for caravans, which doesn't feel safe. The restaurant area is also small and quite cramped. Food choices seem to be Costa or a burger bar (or KFC, can't remember)

In response to the comment from the owner about not leaving a comment with the rating, I left 3 stars as 3 stars represents an okay rating. There is nothing to particularly like or love about the services and there is nothing to particularly dislike or hate, it is just okay. As it happens 3 stars appears to be the average review rating at the time of writing so it's doesn't seem like it can be a particularly out of the ordinary rating. If I visit again I will try and get more information that might be of use. It was quite some time ago now that I left the rating when asked to by Google and the comment from the owner only came today.
