The gentleman that helped me at Go Mobile was wonderful. He didn’t have the phone I needed in stock, but told me exactly where I could find one same day. He then helped me with a return and accepted an old model for recycle. Great service here!

The staff in the store have so much knowledge and experience. I was sold a contract phone and I had my old one bought out. I was given a cheaper deal and a better phone. Can't compliment this place enough.
Had a slightly sour experience due to being promised money to upgrade and now I'm facing a bill with my network due to upgrading with GoMobile.
