I have used Deniz kebab many times started off amazing best in town but recently each time has got worse and worse and tonight's has been worse than before order due for 21:18 turned up stone cold at 22:10 I get it's a Saturday night but still and instead of sweet chilli sauce it was regular chilli so not what I asked for still tasty but still disappointing

What a shambles. I have now had 2 inexcusable encounters with this place. The first one was when I ordered food when I was at a friend's house, they then told me how long it would take to deliver without even asking for me address! They has just used my mobile number from a previous order and assumed I was ordering my food there. So we were left without food. The second one, I had placed an order online specifically for a wrap with only cucumber and lettuce, with mayonnaise, and was given a luke warm wrap with every bit of salad but cucumber and lettuce, and no sauce! When I called them up, I was told \we can send another one out but it'll take a while so you may aswell eat that one while you wait\ The sheer arrogance of this place is unreal, for all they know I could have been allergic to the other ingredients I specifically asked not to have. When you're paying 30 for a kebab order you at least expect them to get the order right, seeing as it was done online so there were no mistake with taking the order.

Had to wait an hour and 15 mins for food, when I called to chase the guy was extremely rude, asked for my house number which I gave, then didn’t understand him thought he asked again so I said my house number again to which he replied, yes I did get that.. then said my order was on its way, I asked how long it would be be and he said ‘ I just said, it’s on it’s way’ not impressed won’t be ordering again, food was fine but would rather give my money to somewhere with better more caring staff
