Very professional from the first phone call to the issue of a prescription. There was no doubt left in my mind that my sight was as sound as could be and both my wife and I were left feeling that we had no reason to worry! Excellent service from a great team, under pressure from Covid! They never wavered in their desire to offer a service beyond reproach!

Went in today for Eye Test all staff were very polite and very helpful. All ppe in place hand sanitizer available. 10 /10 for service. Had the New oct test . All staff are Knowledgeable

Fantastic opticians. The Optometrists and staff are all amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have the new Hi tech OCT machine which can detect early signs of diseases. Well worth having done. I think this store is an asset to our High Street.

I love specsavers in Bridgnorth, always well looked after, Theresa the optician checks everything to do with your eye sight, my hubby and l paid to have the digital scan, this scan looks at all the changes in your eyes, this is very reassuring as if there are any problems, the optician will see them. Excellent digital photo service, which picks out the frame to suit your face shape, also you can see yourself with each pair of glasses and choose which frame suits you. Lovely staff who guide you from start to finish, very pleased with Specsavers Bridgnorth.
