Blown away by the customer service. Took my car in as I thought the starter had gone. Staff was polite and prompt, and even on Dec 23rd made sure to have my car ready asap. 31 point inspection was done and even received an email with detailed pictures pointing out anything that should be replaced/fixed in the near future. Will 100% be coming back for all future services and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fast, honest, and thorough mechanic.

The pun alone is worth 5 stars! I called into Bridgewater motorworks because the check engine light came on in my Audi s5 and Bill was able to take the car in the same day which was convenient-I was expecting to have to wait a week or so like I usually do when I bring my A6 to the dealership for service. Greg, Bill and Bryan were very receptive and Bryan who diagnosed and repaired the car was very thorough and I knew I was in good hands. They even went so far as to clean the leaves out of the trunk and engine bay which was on my to do list before I start putting my car cover on for the season. I’ll probably be taking both my cars here going forward. I wanted to wait until the rain stopped this week (the repairs were completed on Thursday) to take the S5 out and see how the repairs went before I typed a review and I just got back from about 100 miles of driving and the car runs as smooth as the day I got it. I had only intended to do a quick 20 miles but I just kept cruising until I got pulled over and let off with a warning it felt that good to have the car back!
Accommodated a same day, short notice appointment and got me right in. They worked on my car. Did a good job and were very friendly! Highly recommended!
I can’t say enough about Bridgewater Motorworks! I have been using them for years and they have never let me down. When you walk in, you feel as if they know you more than just a face. They are professional, up front and get the job done! Even when your in a pinch. I have had everything from oils changes to major work done on my truck and I have never been more satisfied! My truck is my daily driver as well as my off road vehicle and it gets used hard and the team always makes sure she’s in top shape for what ever driving I will be doing! Keep up the great job guys!
