I just want to thank Richard at Heavy duty truck service for his help when I was stuck in a ditch on I-55 last nights winter storm. Even though my company got some other tow service before I could tell them about Heavy duty truck service, Richard stayed in communication with me making sure I was ok and helping me by telling me what to look out for while waiting on the side of the road. We need more people like Richard and his tow service...they really are a company that’s out here to service you with pride, honesty and helpful service. God bless Richard, his family and his company.

ATTENTION HEAVY-DUTY DRIVERS! CALL HERE FIRST! I am thankful I now have a place in the Chicago area I can TRUST if I ever need anything. The service was professional and Chris was a true expert, and I didn't even need towing. My ONSITE repair was complicated and time-consuming but Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and the price was FAIR. It is hard to find a place you can trust to not take advantage of our \on-the-road\ situation, but I believe I found a good one with these guys, and in Chicago of all places! I will use them again, and recommend you do the same if you need it! I can't say enough good things about them-check out their website and videos for proof. And thanks again to Chris, Richard and Eddie!
This is an excellent towing company they have very good prices. Paul was the tow truck driver and he came to pick me and my husband stranded on the expressway and arrived so fast..he was concerned about our saftey and he was very considerate and polite...i will call them anytime if I get stranded again. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a tow, this company really care about their customers and the customer's well-being. And once again their PRICES ARE EXCELLENT!
