I had cod and chips from bridges. I unfortunately chose the chip shop rush hour, and there was a bit of a rush on, so it's a popular venue. The meal that I had was freshly cooked whilst I waited. The cod was excellent, it flaked well the batter was light and crispy and was not oily in flavour or texture. Chips seemed to be fresh rather than frozenand that makes a difference to their texture too.
One of the nicest fish and chips in my area always on time must say there curry sauce is the bomb give it a try!!!!
