The good: Awesome waiter (Tim) and bus persons The bad: nearly everything else. Hostess wanted to be anywhere else. Curt information about the wait (20 minutes, turned into 42) completely seemed to pay no attention to entering phone number to notify when table was ready. Turned out she had entered it wrong because I wasn't notified that my table was ready until I went back inside (no waiting inside for social distancing) and was told the weren't able to reach me with the number she'd entered. Next up, the kid of Sam Adams seasonal was stale. Food took another 25 minutes for the appetizer to hit the table. Aussie fries are no longer house cut, but bag frozen. Were served with the white uncooked appearance and soft to the bite. Finally, the steak was on the raw side of rare (cold and chewy). Tim jumped right on getting the steak back to the grill. Good man. All that said, the food and the wait, just did not justify the bill. I get the whole getting things going again, but come on.
Staff is friendly and wear masks. Social distancing is maintained. Service is quick and staff is attentive to needs of guests. Food was delicious. Just remember this is not McDonald's. You have to pay for quality!
This was how my order last night. My experience was awful,but I would never come back. The only reason I gave them a 2 star is because my daughter had a burger that was good for her.. But unfortunately me and my other daughter's food, as shown in the pictures, were awful. I spent over 60.00 for this mess... And I regret my whole purchase.. I guess if I had sat down and had my dinner there, the results would have been better. I always give my honest opinions and this is it..
This Outback sits up on top of a hill overlooking I-79 (with nice views) and is located next to the Meadowbrook shopping mall. It is very convenient and even when busy, you will be seated relatively quickly. The food is always fresh and I have never had to send an order back; always cooked to perfection. I’m limiting my rating to three stars because the service is hit or miss. Sometimes, I wait 15 minutes just for them to come to the table after being seated by the host. Sometimes the servers are friendly and sometimes they are rushed. I don’t think this location is ever staffed with enough servers and that affects their overall service level. The kitchen must be staffed perfectly. I still return here to eat regularly and will continue to do so.
