For a pretty new company I would say they have Greatly progressed with delivery & service times over the past few months with polite and helpful staff. I will continue to use timbuild.
Products say ‘Sale’ but when you shop around at other places in the Bridgend area those ‘sale’ prices are way more expensive than other companies regular prices for the exact same products. Very misleading, pays to shop around online at other merchants in the Bridgend area!
Very busy during this pandemic and collection slot was slow but eventually got a collection day and time. Upon arrival I could see how undermanned and busy they were but the lady that works there was very polite, happy, friendly and a grafter which made the task so easy and welcome.
Very good prices best around! During this pandemic we find ourselves in timbuild were still able to process my order and deliver to cardiff at an amazing price! 2/6/20 19/8/20 However today, i have been waiting patiently for over a month for feather edge boards to become available in stock as timbuild are the best prices around however i have wasted my time as online does not state that they wont deliver to cardiff iff order is under 100 even though they charge a shipping fee? This is a real shame and have now lost custom
