Big thanks to Phill and Nick Jones, on sourcing a car for my mum. Nothing was to much trouble for either of them. A nice laid back and approachable attitude. And went above and beyond other dealers, we have dealt with. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again in the future.
I was served by Wendy and Lewis from the service department and the service was outstanding. Wendy went above and beyond with sorting my service and MOT out and Lewis the new start was brilliant as well. Both very polite and made me feel very welcome. Excellent service! What a pleasant surprise to have a main dealer being so helpful. My fuel cap developed a problem so I called Vw bridgend to see if they could help, I must thank Wendy for her help and knowledge of the problem and for arranging replacement parts etc to be replaced under warranty. After a 12 hour night shift , i was greeted with a smile , and a warm welcome . From the repcietioness , to the lady at the desk , to the guy testing my car . Was over all very professtional .
