As Owen fuels they were friendly and efficient , now that they are Certas they have failed to deliver as expected due to lorry breaking down on several occasions . Once the excuse was they had sent the order to wrong depot , in Scotland , my postcode is clearly South Wales . If it was for my budget account which is due for renewal in a month or two , would have gone elsewhere . Only rated it 1 star as I couldn’t put minus stars . If u want good service from your oil supplier go elsewhere I will be .

Company gone downhill since being taken over by certas energy. Missed a delivery by 5 minutes as on a school run and they wouldn’t reschedule until after Xmas. Been a customer for nearly 16yes. Not any more as gone to Oil for Wales who saved the day. They blamed me for not calling them - I was given two minutes notice of delivery time having waited in all day
Never had a problem always helpful when I phone had account for years.Driver also very good very polite and friendly would recommend
