Purchased some softwood sleepers from them but on arrival they were unsuitable. I asked to exchange them for some Oak sleepers and John advised me to order some more online and he would sort my refund out. Oak sleepers arrived but my refund didn't .. Called them numerous times and they kept saying they would refund me but never did..luckily I paid through PayPal and they refunded me . Never using them again

One of the best and most professional companies I’ve done business with, initially first heard of them through a friend and so used them for a small project at my house. Prices were great but even better was the customer service, deliveries on time and unloaded promptly. After this experience I then decided to use them for a much bigger build for my business, once again nothing was too much trouble even dealing with myself not quite knowing all the correct terminology. In summary great for all size jobs, personable, friendly and great for commercial or domestic even if you don’t know exactly what you need!
