The service in this Post Office is fantastic I always try to go here instead of my 2 local post offices as they are much more efficient. Parking outside, I always seem to be able to find a spot. Staff have always been friendly and helpful Can't fault it

Disgusting they wayI was treated by the staff at the front counter, I only went in for stamps. I strongly believe that the post office needs to change location or they will go down with the staff of the grocery shop
Popped in on way home last night to send 2 parcels having checked the Post Office website to see it was open until 19:30. Cindy whom I note is mentioned in comments prior to mine was working the front till, not the post office window at back. As soon as she seen I had parcels, I was shouted at that she is \tilling up\ and I would have to wait! When I asked how long roughly \10 minutes\ her tone and attitude was awful and embarrassing. As soon as she found out that 1 of my parcels wasnt pre-paid and would actually require her to do a bit of work, I was told, she cannot do that as she don't know how and I should come before 5 for the actual post office. I tried to explain to her that I had checked and the post office website said 19.30 she shouted, well its wrong, we shut at 20:00. She didn't get the irony of this mind! Abysmal attitude which is apparent has happened on more that one occasion. I will never ever step a foot in this store again, a shame as my wife was with me, as we decided rather than stop on one-stop down the road we would grab the small groceries we had from this shop. Nope we walked out laughing at the experience.
Absolutely pathetic place to put a post office, at the back of a corner shop. No parking at all. Offers basic postal services. Much easier to travel the extra distance to a decent post office.
Went in to the life style shop (post office) yesterday. Got served by a lady called cindy, I had 4 items that should have come to 1.99, cindy then told me it was 2.05 so I give her my money, before I left the shop I went back to ask for a receipt witch she give me attitude and said she can't now because it's to late so I explained the till has over charged me and she was addiment it haddent so using basic mathematics I counted and was right. She then give me attitude again. Saying she will give me the difference. I did not take the difference I told her put it in a charity box and walked out embarrassed that this lady had the audacity to not give me a receipt and then attitude for asking if I been over charged. At no point was this about 6p it's about the rudness I received.
