H. Samuel

Great service, really friendly assistant who gave advice and seemed genuinely interested with no pressure to purchase at all

Really helpful staff and super friendly. Only needed a couple of liks taken from my watch strap that I purchased elsewhere. They did it for me there and then despite having several customers in store who were blatantly going to spend more money than me but the staff made no difference and made me feel just as valued a customer. Well done h Samuel's bridgend!
