Rival to IKEA here, great choice, quality, price and parking. Well done to the staff, especially lady cutting our nets ,not easy all day in masks. Thanks
Surprisingly large store. Fully Covid marked as you would expect. Some novel and great products for home design. Worth taking a look.
Lovely staff and easy to social distance. Floor all marked out with arrows and reminders of social distancing in place. Some lovely items reduced. I got lampshade.
Got to the checkout and paid for my items. The assistant Beth asked for my email address for the receipt. I explained that I don’t give it out. Her tone changed and she said “well look after the the paper one because you won’t be able to return anything without it”. Dunelm needs to train its staff properly. I don’t need a receipt to return faulty goods, i need proof of purchase. I do not have to give my email to Dunelm and I don’t need “attitude “ from Beth if i refuse to supply.
