The staff here are fantastic, supportive and caring. The negative reviews are a reflection of the Mental Health service under-funding in Bridgend. It's not the fault of ARC that their waiting lists are months long. Hold the government to account!

Crafty Hands

Absolute sham and waste of resources. When someone comes to you crying out for help,. you tell them there is a group session the last wed of the month!? Absolute joke....... that person, who came for help-has now taken enough tablets to sink a ship. Hope you are super proud. thanks for the lack of suoport and empathy. Someone is answerable!!!why the did not do a role they are supposed to.?

Well so far no help and no contact yet I was referred by my doctor.. they did a home visit before Xmas said I would receive a letter in January but it's nearly April? I phoned Friday they said someone would contact me back that day or Monday it's 1pm Monday still nothing?? Where is his help??
