Poor customer service. Very unclear about things and over priced compared to other local vets. Didn't seem to know about dog passports either which was worrying. Left feeling very angry

Since Debbie and Nick retired, the staff have kept the ethos of providing a service which is second to none. I travel from Hull and wouldn't take our Chihuahua anywhere else.
