Thank you so much Elaine for your invaluable advice, experience & confidence giving help you provided me with, when I sought your help with my almost twelve year old, Tibetan spaniel, Katie. Katie has never been socialised with other dogs & was terrified on our walks together. Katie is much improved & enjoying her walks now, so much so I introduced a Whippet puppy to my home. Katie now plays with Mabel and I even found them lying together in Katie's bed. It is a miracle and so lovely to see, which is all down to Elaine's expertise. Oh and following Elaine's advice Katie is thriving on her new diet. Katie's appetite was poor & she was lethargic at times. She eats with gusto now & bounces with health! Thank you so much Elaine for all you have done. I am one happy customer/client & Katie is transformed.

When we set up a new boxer rescue Elaine helped us by organising volunteer training days which covered things such as how to carry out introductions between dogs, what to look out for when we first meet a dog that is to come into our care, along with a wealth of other behavioural and welfare information that would allow us to give the dogs coming into our care the best possible chance of a forever home. It certainly made the trustees of the charity and the volunteers much more confident in carrying out our duties for the charity. Throughout the years the charity has used Elaine's professional services when we had dogs in our care that had behavioural problems. Working alongside our vet she would give the dogs a full behavioural assessment which was then accompanied with a full behavioural report, a behavioural plan and guidance on the type of home the dogs needed. She also provided continued support to the adopter once the dogs had found their homes. Elaine has made a massive difference in the lives of the dogs that she assessed for us. Elaine has helped turn very damaged dogs into confident happy family pets which most likely would have had a much sadder ending without her intervention. Elaine has always provided us with a highly professional service. It has shown me the true value of choosing a Clinical Behaviourist over a dog trainer when dealing with dogs with behavioural problems. I can't recommend Elaine highly enough.

We consulted with Elaine to help with our new puppy who was very nervous and showed signs of separation anxiety. After a home visit and regular input and feedback we have a happy and confident wee dog who is fine being left alone for a couple of hours, and is great around other dogs.
