Susie was absolutely amazing, really kind and friendly and could not have done more to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Susie had loads of ideas and showed me a broad range of dresses which helped me to find my dream dress in the shop that day. Such a lovely place and such a wonderful ethos behind the shop, could not be happier!

Susie is an absolute gem. She's so warm and kind plus has an amazing artistic eye. I was looking for a dress I could make my own and she really helped me bring my vision to life. I ended up with not one but 2 dresses, one for my legal wedding and one for the big day, and the bridesmaids are all sorted too! Of course being a reloved store there was never going to be the range you find at big boutiques but Susie has a fantastic eye for pulling out things that fit within your vision and has some great tips and ideas as to how things can be adapted to make it extra special. I never felt rushed or pressured, the time whizzed by and it was such a lovely day. Can't wait to add to my dress(es) and know susie will be genuinely excited for me too. Thank you so much.
Susie made me feel immediately comfortable and at ease from the moment we entered Bridal Reloved. Beforehand I was quite apprehensive to come and try dresses on but the whole atmosphere in the shop is lovely and relaxing, Susie never made me feel rushed or pressured and the whole experience was extremely enjoyable. I found an absolutely beautiful dress which I cannot wait to wear at my wedding next year. Thank you Susie x
I highly recommend Bridal Reloved street. Susie was very welcoming, friendly, quick at responding and made me feel at ease. I didn’t feel rushed and was welcome to try as many dresses as I wanted. Every dress I tried, susie was amazing at giving me her honest opinion and told me how one dress in particular made me smile more than the others which I didn’t noticed myself so that was very helpful. Susie also recommended how I should go off and have a good think first about my choose rather than rushing it there and then. I was then able to go back later that day and try the dresses on again which then at that point, I knew exactly which one was the ‘one’ for me. Susie very kindly let me reserve the dress back and go back in a few days to pay deposit as didn’t have enough money on me that day. Everything about Bridal Reloved was amazing so I highly recommend it. I couldn’t thank Susie enough for it, thank you x
