Highly recommend this place! Julie the shop assistant was friendly, helpful, attentive and patient as she picked out dresses for me to try based on my liking as we went through dresses i initially picked. I had a style in mind before going to the shop but left with a different style which suited me better. There were many choices and prices were reasonable.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Went in on a whim not intending on buying at all (or even trying on that day) as I had NO idea what style I wanted. However, I felt that welcomed and relaxed that I was persuaded and advised to at least try every style on to narrow my ideas down. It was from there I found THE dress. The staff were amazing and they were in the moment with me and my family - it was better than how I'd imagined it happening in my head. A truly magical experience and I'm so glad I got to share it with the staff here!
I would definitely recommend the bridal factory outlet. There are so many beautiful dresses to choose from in every style and size. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. I found my dream dress and can't wait to wear it on my wedding day, next year. The outlet felt very safe taking in lots of precautions related to Covid 19. But also a very relaxing experience and enjoyed a glass of bubbly. Definitely worth visiting to choose your dress!
I had such a lovely time picking my wedding dress. I loved every part of it, it was such an exciting experience and Jamie Leigh, who actually picked my dress for me had so much knowledge, made me feel so comfortable and come away from it so happy that I found my dream dress. Such an amazing place!!!
I would highly recommend going to the bridal factory outlet. Karen was an absolute star. I felt so comfortable. She let me pick the dresses I wanted to try first. But by listening to my comments picked a dress for me to try on which ended up being the one! That shows that she listened and was amazing at her job. A wonderful place and a wonderful experience. Thanks Karen I wouldn’t have the dress without your expertise!
