Nothing like breaking down and calling for a tow that just never comes. Patiently waiting because I was told 1.5 hours. Leaving a respectful message after 3 hours to check status. Not ever getting a call back....this company has NO RESPECT for the individual. I’m on the side of a busy road for 5 HOURS! I will never consider using this company ever again and strongly recommend that nobody ever uses this company. After 5 hours I called another tow company that was there in 40 minutes and professed the importance of customer safety in these situations.

Locked my keys in the car, reached out to AAA, and PPTD picked up the call. Was told it would be a long wait, but I explained I had my daughter outside and nobody would let us in to sit because of Covid. They squeezed us in and got the car open fast! Chris was fast, kept me in the loop during the wait, super friendly. Would definitely recommend, I hope I do not need the services again but if I do hopefully it's PPTD that responds. Thank you again Chris!!

AKA Lepore towing. Don't get me started on these clowns. I'm going to file a complaint with the State of NJ Dept of consumer affairs about their (mis)conduct towards me, which is too extensive to mention in this review. If you have the choice, stay away from them.

Couldn't have been an easier or more pleasant experience. First tow company sent from AAA couldn't find the corolla in a parking lot of about 10 cars (note: If you can't pick out the Corolla in a parking lot of cars, I don't want you hooking my car up to a tow truck in the first place, but I digress). AAA placed the call to PP Towing and, literally, within 10 minutes, I was aware that the driver was on his way and had an ETA. I received a call as soon as he pulled in the driveway. Gary, the driver, was friendly, professional and quick. Good sense of humor and established rapport immediately. They are in my phone contacts now for any time I need a tow!
