I cannot say enough for everyone at the Neuropsychology and Counseling Associates. My experience is amazing right from the moment I walk in. They are professional and kind and that goes from the front desk to the billing office to scheduling to treatment. I would give them a 10 if I could. NCA has many ways to help an individual target their needs. AND NEEDS GET MET. A safe, secure place that I look forward to visiting and I am so blessed to have found them. I have a great deal of gratitude for Michelle.

Rhonda Batlas, at Neuropsychology & Counseling Associates, is my therapist. Rhonda is warm, caring, skilled & experienced. She is a gifted therapist, with important skills of creativity and empathy. I can't speak highly enough of the difference she has made in my life. helping me heal & deal with different issues. I have also had very good experiences with others in her office, including the staff at reception.

The service providers here are fantastic. However, for a place providing mental health care treatments, the billing department and front desk staff (with very few exceptions) are incredibly rude, impatient, and cold/unwelcoming. If the service providers were not as good as they are, I would stop going here due to the other staff.
