Great “old fashioned” caring customer service from Debbie. Wow, I only brought some tester pots. The communication and care was outstanding. She is a diamond and has a lovely way about her. Wish there were more “Debbie’s” in the world. Try them out folks. Recommended.

Great click and collect service during lockdown. Found both Joel and the female member of staff extremely friendly and helpful and saved me money by advising of special offers. Now my paint supplier of choice

I am only writing this because I just saw some recent negative reviews. Are those people real?? I doubt it. The people I have spoken to there over the years, E and J have always been friendly, very knowledgeable and HELPFUL I go out of my way to go there and get all the help I need. I am first to flag up poor service but those reviewers cannot be real CM
