I always prefer to support the local homebrew store even though, as with most high street shops, can't really compete on price against large online etailers. Staff are friendly, and the shop has a broad selection of equipment and ingredients to cater for most needs and tastes. It'd be nice if they started to do custom grain bill packs so you can order exactly what you need rather than buying more ingredients than you need, causing waste. Either all grain or partial. This would add something custom to what's effectively just a suplier of brands that can be had anywhere. Brewmart has an important role, its location isn't great and parking isn't either to cover the whole of Sheffield ( I don't think there any other homebrew stores ), however, in its current guise, it seems like the perfect candidate for those new to home brewing who require advice, or, for people who need to get kit quickly. If this makes the business sustainable then that's fine. For me to go back I'd need to see the things mentioned above fixed or implemented, either way, I do hope Brewmart exist for many years to come in what must be a hard to compete market, as there will always be a new generation of brewers who'd like to talk face to face with a human. EDIT: Found someone with fingernails to open them up as they looked one sided, removed superfluous comment about them to avoid noise.
Have used sam and brewmart for years they are spot on and knowledgeable and great value keep up all hard work and keep safe
