Came here for Sunday brunch with some friends. For the price you pay, the brunch was definitely worth it. So so much food (both sweet and savory) was offered. Due to COVID-19 however, the restaurants had to adopt special measures which made the whole experience slightly less enjoyable. You have to basically line up for 20 minutes to be served (cafeteria style). Take note that they serve very generously! So if you want to save room for dessert, ask for smaller portions! The environment is fab.

Very cool place to visit in Brest! Nice restaurant and bar! The food was very good!
A wonderful place to be, comfortable, airy and tastefully furnished. I just love the feel of this place. However the self-service restaurant isn't wonderful, not for salads anyway. The burgers look better. There's another restaurant with waiter service, but I haven't tried it yet. Perhaps the food is nicer.
Good food and good safety measures. It was a bit difficult and confusing how to order as it is very large.

I really feel like I need to post a positive feedback opposite to some comments I have read: this is an awesome place and concept in this re-invented ex-industrial complex of the Capucins. The design is just great, modern, metropolitan and spacious. The places holds an enormous bar space with all varitaty of drinks one wants, a restaurants with service at the table and a big space with self service - also outside. A great place for families with kids and for groups but also all other hungry or thirsty ones. I cannot speak about the quality of the whole menu, but the Breton Burger I had was nice. So for us it was a positive experience. I wish that not only La Fabrik but also the whole complex of Capucins will get much more used and filled with life to reach the atmosphere and the flair that this place deserves.
