Split review: 1 Star for Admin team, but 5 star for clinical staff. 1 Star for Parking. Consultants, nurses and other clinical staff are always spot on, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, but the appointments and telephony systems and some personnel are shocking. You can never get through when you need an appointment and calls are rarely returned. Admin and Reception teams need investment, improvement and customer service training. On the clinical side, cannot rate Sascha Dua and Ravi Ray high enough - totally exceptional. Highly recommended.

Paid 580 for head CT, forget customer service this was by far the worst treatment i have ever received from a hospital. I was told that the results would be emailed to my doctor by reception after they had taken my payment they even confirmed the email address. No results days later so contacted them and was told that they only post the results. What a great idea to post something so important when there are so many issues with post right now. Just hoping there is nothing serious on my CT.
Professional treatment delivered by a caring team in a nice hospital. Poor time management on one visit. Attended the hospital at 7 am on a Saturday morning for a 20 minute procedure not undertaken until the afternoon.
