My husband and I have both visited on several occasions for prescriptions, etc as its our local pharmacy. EVERY time we go the staff are rude and have terrible attitudes. Even over the phone! Again today, I had to collect some antibiotics and pain relief for myself. The woman that served me, as always, was patronising and had a bad attitude. I did not need the added stress of this as I've been in pain for days. Poor customer service. I'll be using a different pharmacy from now on.

I have to give a glowing review. Visiting the area tonight, and my wife was in need of her asthma pump. Noticed we had left at home. The pharmacist (an African gentleman ) made an enormous effort in logging into the NHS system to find her medical history, and get us the correct medication. All this on a Saturday night. Thank you.

Service and product quality are fine, but the Lloyd's own brand over the counter products I bought were more expensive than the Sainsbury's branded off the shelf products that were two steps away. I wouldn't get the Lloyd's products again unless I really had to.
