Ordered items a while back, shame it’s taken so long, but the issue was beyond the control of H2O. I have had communication throughout the wait, and we are finally ready to receive the items!! Recently went in to purchase some livestock too and all are beautiful colour wise and healthy (corals and fish). Been buying from here and one other well known shop for a while and wouldn’t look elsewhere. Would definitely recommend buying from, or better still, heading over there staff are friendly and knowledgeable, can’t go wrong.

Bought 3 kilos of supposed \ultra grade\ live rock from them and received dull grey lumps in the post as in the pictures. i was expecting beautiful purple bubbly pieces of rock like in their advertised pictures on their site? covered in corraline algae... Near enough 50 on dull grey rock.. I was told that id be sent replacement rock if i would remove my review of my purchase on facebook. I did so and still nothing. Actually it seems as though they've blocked me from reviewing their FB page? Not exactly great......
I’m setting up my first marine tank and Rachael has been so helpful in getting me up and running. The store is very well stocked which is an added bonus as it’s so local to me. They’re following COVID regs which gives me confidence I. Shopping there. Very friendly, very knowledgable and I believe they wouldn’t tell me what I want to hear just to get a sale; something that I’ve encountered a lot so far at other stores. Would highly recommend H2O Aquatics and am grateful for their help so far.
I can not recommend them enough. Even though they aren’t my closest shop, i’d rather travel to knowledgeable and friendly staff that make you feel comfortable and not try to pressure you to buy things just to make a quick buck. I can’t speak highly enough of Jon and Rachel’s customer service. They are always going above and beyond expectations, and always greet you with a friendly smile and always willing to help you wherever possible. They have an amazing livestock section as well as all the dry goods and equipment you need to setup your first tank or upgrading your current system. Unfortunately it’s not possible to visit as often as I would like, but I always look forward to when I can pop in. Thanks guys
