This rating is for the parts department, not the showroom. Extremely poor service. Customers are made to wait unnecessarily, and the hygiene is beyond a joke. (Take a look at the photo of the dead spider and webs.) The staff member working there needs to move on now as they clearly don’t care about the brands image, or Aston’s customers. The regional/divisional manger needs to arrange for a mystery shop to take place. Then act on the findings. I will be taking my DB9 elsewhere from now on.

Brilliant service from Matt, let down a bit when I arrived to look at a car already sold and not told that (wasn't Matt who took my call)but found a vehicle that has fulfilled a life long ambition. Good handover and explanation on the vehicle controls and functions. Just need the rain to stop so I can get out in it with the roof down
