I will make sure Today was my last very unpleasant experience with this salon yet, unfortunately, not the only one. Nearly every time I had a booking (mainly waxing) the beautician was late...late because of the buss, late because she didn’t manage her time well and was now having to rush the previous client making us all feel uncomfortable. The client having their supposed relaxing pedicure done was looking uncomfortable feeling they are rushed, and myself, feeling uncomfortable seeing them rushed yet, looking at the time myself realising I won’t make it to work. I’ve always turned up 5 min before and always accepted that 5 min delay will not be a problem, but it was always a delay of 15 or more. I turned up quite early for my today’s appointment which was confirmed numerous times as they don’t want you to miss it. I was told verbally,twice, and was sent a confirmation message with my 9:45 am booking. I turned up at the door at 9:30 am , opening time if you relate to this salon’s Facebook , Google and all social media account. The door states differently, opening time 9:00 am . I was only hoping to sit down inside a bit as it was very cold outside .No one was there of course. Someone did turn up at 9:45 am, but not my beautician. She was fair, checked for my appointment time, confirmed 9:45 am yet I was told they only open at 10 am. I had to leave as I would have been late for work to only get a call at 10 am from the beautician I was booked with for an argument rather than an apology, she kept saying that they open at 10 am and my appointment is written down for 10 am in her book....well, this is not my mistake and there are no winners here. I don’t recommend this place if you want to avoid unreliability. Regards, Laura

Love this salon, so friendly and welcoming, feel so relaxed here plus they do the best shellac’s, it lasts for weeks and I am not careful with my hands!! Do not hesitate to book an appointment here, you won’t be disappointed, Julie xx
Love this place! Lorraine the owner & one of the therapists is an absolute delight; very professional but extremely friendly. Jade is the BEST lash technician, Sam & Hazel are the hairdressers & do an amazing job too. Everyone is so down to earth which makes you feel relaxed & comfortable. Can’t wait till my next appointment
