A really superb experience from start to finish. Wonderful showroom with many models on show and a very hands on, not pushy sales staff who know what they're talking about. The two gentleman who came to fit our boiler were hardworking, helpful and got the job done quickly - really friendly guys!

Laura Harris

They were amazing throughout and very professional and efficient, helped us with the advice thoroughly as we didn't really know what we wanted. Perfection in every way. :D

Kevin Mac

As helpful now as they where twenty five years ago. Real genuine people that go above and beyond to help.

Robert Adlington

Very helpful staff who explained to me the difference in stoves, e.g. multi fuel etc.
