I am so so pleased with my care at the Bremerton Planned Parenthood. Everyone was so compassionate and kind. I always have a very rough experience with IUD placement, and then you add the Covid protocols on top of that and I was an emotional wreck. One of the nurses held my hand and stroked my hair during the procedure, talking to me and trying to calm me down. She is a literal angel and I wish I knew her name. The doctor was also just as amazing, so patient with me and reassuring. I am so lucky to have had them care for me, they are true definition of compassionate health care.

Made an appointment THREE WEEKS ago for a birth control consultation with the wife. Only to receive a call less than an hour before the appointment saying we have to reschedule. To make things work, they said we are going to have to wait another 3 weeks before they will squeeze us in. Of course this is after receiving over 15 texts and emails from them confirming our appointment today.

Horrible place. Dont come with your spouse. They refused to let me sit in the waiting room while my pregnant wife to finishes her appointment. This is part my fault because I forgot a mask but they provide masks for patients and refused me and made me sit outside in 90 degree weather. We don't drive so I'm sitting on the side walk uncomfortable and sweating l like crazy instead of supporting my wife. Its unfair and inconsiderate.

Some of my appointments ran long, but overall the care provided was thorough and informative. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm proud to have a PP in my neighborhood!
