I had bought a motorcycle that, while I lived in the area, was only serviced at BPS. I live in SW now and sold that motorcycle but needed the service records for the new owner. Amber didn't know initially how to find records that were stored on an old system but she took the time to find them, make copies, and mail them to me and the new owner! These guys are top shelf! I mean that kind of service for a customer from 10 years ago, amazing!

They definitly go above and beyond to make sure customer satisfaction is achieved. All sales and service people are friendly and more then happy to help with any possible questions or concerns. The GM of brothers Dave. Makes sure the team is all on the same page and he personally reaches out to his customers and makes sure any issues are fixed and or handled. Thank you brothers for doing what you do.
Second to none! From their sales team, service dept., parts dept. and four motorcycles later; My husband and I can’t give enough compliments to Brothers Powersports! They’ve always gone out of their way to help us. Questions or concerns, we’ve had nothing but the best experience here. Brothers has made us feel as though we are a part of their family and when you’re a customer, that goes a long way!
Great shop, and a fantastic Team! Recently did the Stage 2 on my Springfield DH, and it's been an outstanding experience, from getting it kicked off (thanks Abel and Kowboy!) , scheduling, parts and follow up (thank you Mariah & Jessie!), and the work done (awesome job, Tyler!). It's always worth the ride to Brothers!
Good service and lots of models on display. Drove an hour to get here to look at the cb500x but wasn't allowed to test ride unless purchasing. Totally understandable because it was their last model apparently but a little disappointing. Would recommend this shop.
