I scanned the other reviews and am confused about the negative ones since my stay was enjoyable. The Staff were professional, helpful, and pleasant. The suites were as they were advertised but better. No bugs. Was very clean and quiet. The temperature was comfortable. The grounds were well kept. I slept well. The kitchen saved me money since it had it all. The rate was more than fair. I give this place 5 stars. Wish they had a chain of them so that I could stay with them where ever I have to work. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Condon for my stay and for your help to my mom.

Very pleased with this place while I stayed here for work. Would recommend anyone to stay here at any time. Very sweet and courteous lady. Had no problems whatsoever.
I must say, I was a little afraid to give them a try after the bad reviews from a while back it seems like. I stayed here during a Bible Training Institute 2 week instructional class with my church. From the first phone call, I could tell Glyndora was very sincere. She made reservation very convenient, had competitive rates, and honored tax exemption from the Church. The apartment was fantastic; very homey feel to it. The furniture was clean, two big beds, full kitchen with knives, plates, pots, pans, the works! I felt very relaxed during my stay. She is very patient but gently urges policy. I believe that's exactly what it takes to maintain a place like this, though! BTI is an annual thing, and we are already planning to stay here at Breezeway next year!!
Apt. We're nice but management tryed to pull a fast one. 35 back ground check and a 300. Increase in deposit because I needed a place asap. Strange move.
i am an actual customer. I payed a weeks worth which is 350.00 plus tax and a 25 dollar key deposit. This place would be a lot better if it didn't have these little roaches. It needs some basic maintenance and stuff done. Owners were very friendly and curteous. I find it to be overpriced but there's nothing else to compare it too. They provide everything but a toothbrush and toiletries. (Pots, pans, silverware, plates and bowls, bedding.) I wasn't able to catch wifi although they had a router in the room. I hooked my Xbox to it and it worked fine. They must have some really old pipes. When you first turn the water on, it is a reddish brown rust color. But it runs out in a few seconds and it's clear again. They also have some wicked water pressure it felt like a car wash. Stove worked as it should have. Cable is about what you can expect anywhere else. They have some rules on some things I don't agree with. You can't adjust the thermostat below 73 in the summer and higher than 72 in the winter. Which is fine for me but for others they may be a problem. Overall it was clean and functional. But the roaches were the deal breaker for me. My suggestion to the owners: fix the roach issue and perform maintenance to the piping system.

AMAZING! I have two small children and we stayed here while our house was being repaired. The staff were courteous and caring. They had toys for my children. I did not have to bring anything to cook with or to eat from. I hated going to hotels due to the musty smells from the a/c boxes that are noisy and cannot be too clean to breathe but I was surprised to see this place had central heat pump and air conditioning so the air was fresh and clean. It was quiet there. We had a birthday while there and were given a birthday card. On the 4th of July, they decorated with at least 50 or more flags. We had our own grills. I did not have to pay anything for my children who were under 10 years old, and since I am a veteran, I paid a lower rate. I was also told that if I referred anyone to them, and the new guest stayed for at least a month, then I would get a 25.00 gift card. I almost did not stay here due to the old section of town and due to the bad reviews. I was alilttle afraid for me and my kids but am so glad that I gave em a chance! I was paying over 80.00 for a one room, one bed hotel, and had to eat out. It was nothing in comparison to here. I told mom and dad that when they come, to stay here. Also, my husband did get a friend to come also and we got to eat out at Applebees due to the gift card. I am very satisfied. I am Kate Quinn, and I want to thank Breezeway for our stay.
The property manger needs to learn better people friendly skills he's rude disrespectful and he has a fear of women so he tries to bully them his name is Josh
