Very good place for ECCO fans !

Bought several pairs of shoes, good quality, good prices, nice service. However, I regretted buying the one pair. I tried several Ecco shops - by then we had left Bredebro, where we had stayed in a holiday home and had plans to travel around other areas of Denmark to see friends. Therefore I was able to try get a refund or an exchange in Odense, in Arhus and also a different chain shoe shop which sells ecco shoes in Sonderborg - however, with great disappointment, none of them were willing to refund or exchange as they were purchased in the Outlet Shop in Bredebro. The shoes I wanted to return were still on display in the shops at the exact price I had purchased them for, but it was non-negotiable. I am leaving the country today and will not have time to drive back to Bredebro before leaving to request a refund there. I thought people should be aware of this as, despite the friendly staff, this was not pointed out when we made purchases over several days there. It does say it on the receipt in both Danish and English, but - this you only see after you've made the purchase - and in my opinion should have been pointed out before making any purchase. An hour after writing this review, I've been able to get through to a lady at Ecco in Bredebro, who offered that I could send the shoes to her (at own cost) w the receipt and they will transfer the money and email to confirm this, which has brought this review from being a 1-star review to a 3-star review - They lose one star for not telling me the shoes could not be returned elsewhere in the country - and 1 star for not offering a printed label for free returns.

Bestiller 2 par sko i forbindelse med Black Friday tilbud. 1 uge efter bestilling, må jeg selv kontakte ECCO, for blot at finde ud af at det ene par sko i størrelse 43 ikke er på lager. Ufattelig dårlig stil. Jeg boykoytter hermed alle produkter fra ECCO og anbefaler alle andre at gøre det samme. Check ECCO's danske facebook profil og se de ufattelig mange opslag med såle der flækker og pulveriserer ud i det blå. Dyre sko i meget dårlig kvalitet. Ikke mere ECCO til mig og familien!
