Very popular railway station good for parking
like
Visited several times in Novemebr 2017, and many times before that in 2015 and 2016. Reviewing a train station is sort of strange, but I'll give it a go. It's tidy, and always offers adequate seating and waiting areas unless it's especially busy. There's a handy front desk which always seems to be closed lately, which is especially annoying having to pay for an allday ticket in Manchester when a cheaper off-peak would have done. There's nearly always a paper though, which is nice.
Friendly staff, really helpful and there is a waiting room.
