Service was ok; the quality of the furniture seems ok. I still feel like delivery cost should be included in furniture at this price point.

The shop is ok, and the buying experience is ok. But the service and delivery is a disaster. The first dilevery is with a broken part, and then they took it back and will service next time. But then when the next time they come, only a repairman came, without the new part, and he thought he is just coming to fix something. bad internal communication. in addition, there was once they have a broken van, so they have to cancel one service, and it is postponed by another two weeks. it is ok that these thing happen. But they should postpone everything by one day, instead of putting us back into the last of the waiting list. it is not our fault, that the van is broken. one more thing, in the first delivery, we were late for the appointment by 20min, and we are asked to pay for 40euro. later we try to ask about the \fine\, then they say 20euro. is there any regulation on this, i dont know. they charge anything they want?

Geen goede ervaring. Hebben hier 2 bar stoelen gekocht voor aan onze keuken eiland. Eenmaal thuis pakken we ze uit.. De poten moesten mat staal zijn en er zaten allemaal stukken blinkend staal op en beschadigingen van een slijptol. Direct contact opgenomen en dat gaat natuurlijk weer via een service melding.. Wij wilde ons geld terug dat werd niet gedaan maar er zou iemand op een werkdag langs komen om het te beoordelen..... Niet mee akkoord gegaan want ik ga hier geen dag vrij voor nemen. Uiteindelijk zelf de poten met scothbrite mat gemaakt.
Door de medewerkster zeer goed geholpen. Ze heeft meegedacht en geholpen de juiste beslissing te nemen. 6 prachtige stoelen achter onze nieuwe eettafel (eigen ontwerp) en 2 mooie fauteuils voor de woonkamer.
Mooie winkel ruim opgezet. Vriendelijk personeel. Volop parkeer gelegenheid.
Lamp gekocht, 6 weken levertijd, lamp op 10 plekken beschadigd. Nu wordt er met de leverancier overlegd of er een oplossing komt. Moet ik 7 dagen wachten op de oplossing als ik al gelijk krijg. Dit is niet hoe het consumentenrecht in elkaar steekt. Denk nog eens na voordat u met deze winkel in zee gaat.
Wij hebben een site table set opgehaald. Er was gezegd dat de levertijd 7 weken zou bedragen, maar het werden er maar 4. Dat was verrassing 1. Thuis, bij het uitpakken kwam verrassing 2: de bladen bleken goudbrons van kleur en wij hadden bij vrienden dat donkere brons gezien. Beide mooi, maar wat we nu hebben vinden wij mooier. We zijn er blij mee!
