On two separate instances when I tried doing business with this dealership, I was given very poor trade-in values for my cars while their stock of cars was priced at a premium. Eventually, other brand dealerships (Opel and BMW) offered much more and realistic trade-in values for my car and I ended up doing business elsewhere. With this dealership, it's double whammy...they will undervalue your car and overvalue their stock. Better dealerships out there from an economic standpoint.

Acquired an Alfa Giulia last year, reported during warranty period problem with car bonnet not closing after being opened. Had several visits to the workshop for the same problem (5 in total!), the problem was never repaired. Always had to drive from Rotterdam to Breda, at my own costs (time off from work travelling costs) . In the end, after the 5th time, I lost my faith/patience in the mechanical staff by not making proper assessment & always come up with \cheap easy fixes\ . They just don't make it right. I informed them via email that was unacceptable, that I would have to go to a local garage in Rotterdam as I couldn't continue driving with an unclosing bonnet & then I would ask for reimbursements. No feed back given whatsoever. After 3 weeks I had called asking for reimbursement (problem was simply the bonnet cable, material cost 30 euros 1,5 hour labour 156 eur), but they mentioned they will accept no responsibilites for their \ repair work\ done during & even after warranty. Their excuse was the car was no longer under warranty. Any local garage will give you warranty on a repair.... A problem that was NEVER fixed by the dealership, shameful behavior . After exposing situation, half of the reimbursment said will be granted. Ridiculous in 1 word, how you will lose a customer over 156 euros.... Van Mossel.... Never again!!!!

Traag. 8.00 uur moest mijn auto er zijn, rond 15.30 kwam het telefoontje dat ie klaar was (APK) Om 16.00 gingne we de auto ophalen, maar helaas, de factuur was nog niet gemaakt. De monteur meldde dat hij het plastic weg ging halen??? Na 15 minuten en met een vage, onduidelijke rekening, stond ik buiten. Dit was mijn laatste ontmoeting met van Mossel.

Zeer slechte service. Ik werd vanmiddag om 16u gebeld dat de auto klaar is en dat na een half uur de taxi er zou zijn om mij naar de dealer te brengen. Om 17u nog niemand gezien. Na een half uur bellen werd ik pas te woord gestaan. Smoezen over ziek personeel en maar 1 chauffeur. Beloof dan niets aan de klant
