Bike's fine. They're taking money from me that I shouldn't have paid! Once they cheated me instead of paying 16.50, I paid 32.5. When I gave the bike to the rental company, I got an email in which I was to pay 56e! Then 5.5e! and now 7.5e. What is wrong with you? I don't have a bike for a few weeks! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

I rented 2 bikes for 1 month. Finally I had to pay \u003e50 Euro/bike while the expected cost was \u003c20. Calculation is not transparent. I don’t plan being there again.
They did not show up for delivery at the correct time, and as I was expecting to take the bike to work, this was unfortunate. However, once they realized what the problem was they came as soon as they could to deliver the bike.
Kind and helpful staff, I highly recommend their service for everyone who's interested in cheap and reliable bike rental nearby.

Informatie op de website kwam niet overeen met wat er in de winkel werd aangeboden. Veel hogere kosten moeten betalen voor wat er op de website was aangekondigd. Daarnaast kon de bejegening wat klantvriendelijker. Dat er miscommunicatie is vanuit jullie website, daar kan ik als klant niet veel aan doen. Echter zou het wel fijn zijn als daar dan ook begrip voor is. Een simpele vraag of ik direct een factuur toegestuurd krijg of dat dat naar mij gemaild kan worden, kon niet worden beantwoord. Hiervoor moest ik zelf een foto maken van jullie monitor, zodat ik deze kan indienen bij mijn werkgever. Iets meer flexibiliteit en service graag. Voor de rest rijdt de fiets prima, echter kan de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding wel beter t.o.v. wat je ervoor betaalt.
