I ordered a double quarter pounder from thuisbezorgd and I got a single patty quarter pounder. We called for help, but they said to sort it bya thuisbezorgd while thuisbezorgd says you need to call for urgent matters and otherwise you can only send an email. Its frankly appaling customer service that when they make a mistake they dont offer to replace it and send you what you want. Instead, they're happy to ruin your meal for you.
