You know, what's a review for? Praise and compliments and a window to the workings of a company? Well I got to be on both sides of the window with Intention. \ It's all about Intention \ is their motto.... I've been a very lucky man to have been involved in workshop weekends as trainer for a section of the Heart Based Leadership weekend(Leiderschap vanuit het hart) and diverse other sections of the longer coaching education processes. In my experience with Intention, over many years, I've watched with interest how the coaching courses developed and I met so many coaches in training, all professionals in their own right and all inspiring in their enthusiasm. Every section of the courses is developed to help coaches bring out the best in their clients/coachees and at the same time nurture and inspire their own qualities and talents. I highly recommend Intention for all those who aspire to be a coach or for those who would love to live life following their heart.
What a wonderful journey I am on because of the Leadership from the Heart and Co Creation courses from Intention. Faultless execution from the coaches during the training. Found a second family from the bond that has been created with my fellow students who have all become so important to me. Learned so much from my coachees and enjoyed every minute of the 2 day stays at the venue in Alphen Chaam. Thanks to Johan, Maaike, Marc and the rest of the team for helping me open the door to a world of new and exciting possibilities. You are all stars.
I attend the 3 days \Co-Creation and Coaching Essentials\ training. It was a mix of emotions, training, formation and inspiration. I could learn and practice coaching in a very professional and safe environment (considering the COVID regulations). Looking forward the long training! Johan is a very professional coaching and clearly in love with what he does. Make things look simple! Gratitude!!
Ik heb co-creatie opleiding als enorm waardevol ervaren. Ik leerde mezelf beter leren kennen door te luisteren naar anderen. En anderen leerde ik beter waarderen door oprecht te luisteren naar wat ze te vertellen hebben.
3 jaar geleden deed ik de opleiding Co-Creatie en nog altijd heb ik daar ontzettend veel profijt van. Je leert anders te luisteren, door te vragen, nieuwsgierig te zijn, grenzen op te zoeken, verdieping te creëren en op plekken te kijken waar je coachee nog niet aan had gedacht, zodat je hem/haar zo goed mogelijk kunt helpen. Op basis van eerlijkheid, vertrouwen en gelijkwaardigheid, waardoor je een prachtige samenwerking ontwikkelt. Johan en zijn team zijn erg gedreven om jou zo goed mogelijk te begeleiden een topcoach te worden. Professioneel, betrokken en eerlijk met praktische handvatten, veel “doen” en de juiste hoeveelheid theorie. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dan dat ik de opleiding Co-Creatie van harte aanbeveel als je jezelf op welk vlak dan ook wilt verbeteren als coach. Ps. Niet het belangrijkste doel van de opleiding, maar wel mooi meegenomen, is dat je persoonlijke ontwikkeling als mens uiteraard niet onaangeraakt blijft.
