Great experience with Helisports. I ordered the Pivot Fitness HM3360 functional trainer. Not only the trainer became available exactly the moment their website told, but it was also immediately sent. The transport company was a bit messy: the online tracking did not work, everytime I called them, it took them at least 10 minutes to find the order and I was often redirected to several other services before coming back to the first person, who then finally found the order. But this is not Helisports' fault. Once the trainer had arrived, I saw that the trainer had some scratches and a pulley and its holder were broken. The customer service was very reactive and solved the problem as fast as possible and in a reasonable way: price reduction for the scratches, new pulley sent to me and the holder has been ordered (as it was not in stock). So far: great customer service and great product. I would like to mention, that it is exceptional to see a fitness shop deliver this fast under the current conditions (I had different experiences with other shops).

Geweldige service, zelfs tijdens de corona
Wij hebben iets meer dan een jaar gelden een crosstrainer gekocht, die niet helemaal soepel meer liep. Na contact was er binnen 14 dagen een monteur bij ons thuis die alles onder garantie heeft rechtgezet. Top werk mannen!
Hele fijne zaak. Mooie spullen en goede service. Martijn en Matthijs geven ook echt advies waar je wat aan hebt.
