Full of Schmidt

The worst customer service and lack of knowledge I have seen from a vendor. Technician they sent had no extensive knowledge on LAN/WAN routing or NAT. When this was brought up with Datamex, they just did not respond to further communications via email or phone calls. Would suggest ANY consulting firm other than Datamex.
