Pro: excellent food Con: very slow, if you take the \surprise menu\ (verassingsmenu), they may take between 20-30min to serve you dishes and if you decide to take a maridaje (bijpassende wijn), they may forget to serve you one of the wines, which makes the whole experience quite disappointing
