If you are looking for accommodation in the Netherlands, Brick's Makelaardij must be the first company you contact! They really helped me a lot and after some days and many views, we found a suitable apartment for my pet and myself. I recommend them over any other agency in the country.

Used to be housing Xl breda, didn't communicate the name change. The house and landlord are great, although I couldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy. They communicated an incorrect move in date (landlord had to correct them directly), provided 5 contracts and then turned up with a different one. They also double charge, but don't mention this until after viewing, showing interest and going to pay the deposit. After claiming charging the tenant and the landlord is a grey area, they eventually refunded some of the money as they had 'mishandled' my case. Most recently they've made empty and false threats to fine me. Really, there isn't a step in the process they haven't messed up. Avoid at all costs.

Ik raad dit bureau sterk af. Ze zijn discriminerend. Ze geven de aanbetaling niet terug. Ze houden zich niet aan hun eigen contract. Ze wisten dat het huis beschimmeld is en gaven in het begin geen informatie aan de huurder over de staat van het huis. Ze dwingen de huurder om het huis op te knappen wat de baan van de verhuurder zou zijn. Maak alsjeblieft geen gebruik van hun service!

Een fijn bedrijf met sympathieke mensen. De woning was snel verhuurd aan leuke mensen, de documenten waren prima in orde. Digitaal ondertekenen op afstand werkt snel en fijn. Tip: wellicht ietsje meer expliciet de huur overeenkomst samen doornemen (maar dat lag ook aan mijzelf). Dus ga gerust in zee met Bricks

Erg tevreden over het beheer van Brick's Makelaardij. 1x onszelf buitengesloten op een zaterdag. Na contact te hebben gehad met Rick stond hij binnen 20 minuten voor de deur met de reserves sleutels.
