I liked this place a lot, but they always try to make me pay more. Every time I have bought a pretzel, they charge me the price for the slightly more expensive pretzel. The same thing happened when I bought a salad. I'm not sure if it is just complete laziness and lack of training or them trying to make a few cents extra, but it's annoying regardless.
