The Brecon Tap should be called the fun house, all 3 courses were incredible up there with the best tasting roast I've personally had. On top of that Jesse and Will our hosts off the cuff whipped up a impromtu pub quiz for us with the most fun questions that let our imaginations run wild. Easy the best food experience of my life, I'd butterfly the River Severn and gallop on all 4's with my tongue flapping in the wind up the fast lane to go again!!

These pies do not disappoint, they really are fantastic, one of the best ones we've had in the UK. Super balanced and tasty filling with an ultra crispy, flakey exterior that melts like butter in your mouth. I wish I lived in Wales so I could frequent this place more often. Definitely one of the best places we've had on our trip, would highly recommend people to stop by!

A pleasant find in Brecon! Brecon tap was definitely one of the busiest restaurants in the area! The staff are super friendly and kindly introduced to us a wide selection of local crafts. There’s also a good selection of pies with several sides to choose from! Dessert was also amazing! Fair pricing as well!

THE BEST PIE I’VE EVER HAD!! Popped in for a quick bite to eat and was served by Jesse. Knowledge was impressive about their beers and the food was very reasonably prices! Large pie and 2 sides for 10 which was very filling. Great Value, Great Staff and incredible food. Would return in a heartbeat.

Great service, very friendly and down to earth. My pie, mash and veg was perfect. Flakey pastry, honeyed lamb and lovely gravy. The mash was creamy and the veg was seasoned perfectly. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
