Assured by the 5* reviews and AA inspection offered, I purchased a Volvo XC90 unseen recently & during the 2nd lockdown. I couldn't be happier with the service received & with the vehicle. It was exactly as described over the phone and as per the detailed photos supplied, paperwork all in order & I had the opportunity for a test drive prior to hand over when delivered to my house. Very honest about the car I went to view, if anything the advert missed a lot of positives so my expectations weren't very high. They allowed me to view the car up in a ramp to inspect underneath. Also very open and honest when questioned about history and potential issues. MOT'D car for me within 24 hours to enable to collect the same weekend and even offered to open Sunday to allow me to collect, although this wasn't required. Car appears fault free up until now so fingers crossed. Wasn't very optimistic about warranty being provided bUT email received the next day with all warranty documents provided. Great service from Greg and Ben.
